The hotel rooms were infested with cockroaches, which was quite unsettling. However, compared to other hotels I've stayed in, the rooms are well furnished, but the kitchen facilities were lacking. The service was friendly, although the room was small; unfortunately, the receptionist was not as welcoming. The location was good, near the metro, but the strong echo between rooms due to marble flooring was a downside. The dining experience was not up to par, with limited options and a preference for Indian dishes over continental cuisine. The hotel facilities were satisfactory, with no standout features.

Supermarkets are conveniently located nearby. Though the room was a bit small, it was very clean with excellent customer service, quick responses, and a reasonable price.
